GateLog is provided by Cielo Studios LLC. By using the sign-in flow or the management dashboard you agree to these terms.

For contractors

• You must provide accurate identity, company, and insurance information.
• Electronic signatures captured here are binding, as permitted by NY ESRA and federal E-SIGN.
• Sign-in does not itself grant access — building staff decisions control entry.

For buildings & managers

• AI-read certificate data is provided as an aid and flagged for human review when uncertain; verify before relying on it for legal or insurance decisions.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the agreements you require at the door and for notices required by local law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Cielo Studios LLC is not an insurer, broker, or law firm; nothing here is legal or insurance advice. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
