GateLog is a contractor sign-in and insurance-compliance system operated by Cielo Studios LLC on behalf of participating buildings and their management.

What we collect at sign-in

• Name, phone number, company, and the work you state you are performing.
• A photo you take at sign-in, the time, and your device location at that moment.
• Insurance certificates uploaded by your company representative.
• Your electronic signature on building agreements.

How it is used

This information is used solely for building security, insurance compliance, emergency accountability (muster rolls), and records of on-site work. It is shared with the building's management and, where legally required, with insurers, first responders, or government agencies. It is never sold.

Retention & rights

Sign-in records are retained for the period required by the building's legal and insurance obligations. To request access or deletion of your records, contact the building management office where you signed in.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, photos and certificates are stored in private buckets with signed, expiring access links, and access is limited to authorized building staff.
